Michelle McCray, CCIP

Michelle McCray, originally from St. Stephen NB, is a Canadian Certified Inclusion Professional through the Canadian Center for Diversity and Inclusion. She obtained her designation after having spent several years in Human Resources and Learning and Development, mostly in the food manufacturing industry.  Michelle achieved her Human Resources Management Certificate through the University of New Brunswick in 2016 and her Adult Education Certificate through the Canadian College of Educators in 2020. Her professional passions include diversity and inclusion initiatives, workplace psychological health and safety and professional development. As a current student enrolled in the UNB’s Bachelor of Integrated Studies, Michelle is exercising her passion for lifelong learning to achieve her degree with minors in Adult Education, Business and Leadership. In her spare time, Michelle is an active grandmother of two and an avid golfer. Michelle is currently the Training Manager for the Florenceville Fry Division of McCain Foods Canada.
